Quick Quote : Gandhi On Strength
Strength des not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will.
Mahatma Gandi
I love this quote from Gandhi. It shows the other side to strength and it’s a good one to use as a point of reflection as we look at the ways in which we grow as a result of our experiences.
Times can get really tough. There are days when we lose hope, when we can’t see the future, and when we’re not sure whether we’ll make it through. But we can and we will, just as we have made it through the challenging times before.
It doesn’t matter what you’re dealing with. We all have our own battles, just as we have different levels of tolerance, different ways of dealing with things & different, unique experiences. Everything you’re dealing with is relevant & can’t be compared to the struggles of others.
Strength Through Our Challenges
Each step, each challenge, makes us that bit more resilient and reflective. We learn and we grow stronger, whether we realise it or not. Your body may not be muscle-bound and reliable, but never doubt the determination of your will.
Keep fighting. Do it for those you love, learn what makes you keep going, but above all else, do it for yourself. You deserve a good life, even if it’s one you’re having to readjust your expectations of. Keep fighting for it. You’ve got this.

Well said, Caz. We can’t look at someone and know what battles they are fighting. Sometimes you can, but for the most part you can’t. We are all in this together.
Have a fabulous day, my friend. β₯
You never really know what’s going on in someone’s body or in their lives, I totally agree. Thank you for the lovely comment, Sandee. I hope this week is shaping up nicely for you π

You are such an inspiration!
I’m really not sure about that but it’s very kind of you, thank you! How are you doing? I hope you’re having a good week so far π

Sometimes, it’s easy to forget that, innit. It just takes the strength of will, not else. Thanks for this reminder.
It is easy to forget, you’re right. The reminder is needed more often I think because we can all too often doubt ourselves. Thank you for the comment – I hope this week treats you well π

These battles seem damn hard at time, but if you say so, I’ll try.
I can’t say I’m doing my best at the moment, but it’s one of those days/weeks/months. It takes time to win some battles.
I’m sorry you’re doing things so tough lately, is there anything in particular that’s extra difficult or is it an accumulation of things and how you’re feeling in general? Please hang in there, there will be brighter days ahead. Ride it out, day by day. You’ve got this. Sending hugs lovely Β β₯

Innr strength has little to do with the muscles we possess.
Exactly, and no matter how we may look or physically feel, we can be tough, capable & stronger underneath where it counts! x
Great quote and reminder Caz, love it!
Woohoooo, glad you love it too, Nisha! π

This is so true and very beautiful. That saying, “It’s always darkest before the dawn” really does hold profound truth. Sometimes it’s very hard to trust that we will be okay and that our life is in the hands of God. Sometimes the pain, discouragement and disbelief of our circumstances shatter our hearts into a million pieces. But you never know what could happen tomorrow! It could be the best day you’ve ever had π
All my love to you!
“Itβs always darkest before the dawn”, that’s a great quote example. And you’re right, you never know what could happen tomorrow. We have to have hope, to not give up because we could miss the brighter days that are around the corner. Thank you for such a wonderful comment, Holly! Β β₯

it was an epiphany when I realized that there is no need to feed your insecurities; instead, acceptance can lead to liberation.
