What’s It All About?
When it comes to pain relief, there are various treatments available but it can take a lot of trial and error to find something suitable that’s also effective. I’m always up for finding and trying new things because current options haven’t been too great. WellWrap is a wearable device that could be more effective and convenient than many devices out there, while also being a great alternative to opioids and other medicinal pain relief.
How does it work and what does it do?
NASA-LLLT lasers are designed to target musculoskeletal joint pain. Using acupuncture principles, these lasers are placed so target the most important areas. The orthopaedic knee wrap is the first product to launch that’s smart in more than one sense of the word. It comes with a mobile app to track things like pain and vitals (blood pressure, body temp etc) and allows you to share these with caregivers if desired. The fact that it can tell you these things is an added benefit to enable more well-rounded management and oversight of your health as a secondary function to pain relief.
The wrap is ideal for treating pain from illness (including the likes of osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia), surgery, or injury, on the knee joint. LLLT lasers are considered to be incredibly effective for joint pain, so having them in a convenient form as a wrap that can be worn or placed as you wish certainly gets my attention.
While the knee wrap is the first product in the WellWrap line, they hope to expend this in future to cover other joints, like elbows. include the knee, elbow, shoulders, neck and back.
It’s a simple case of putting it on, turning it on, and letting it work its magic on your painful knee.
